What is full-body cooling in a cryosauna?

The cryosauna is a short-term therapy (up to 3 minutes) at -120°C to -160°C, where cold is generated by evaporating nitrogen. The body responds with increased blood circulation, activated metabolism, enhanced endorphin production, strengthened immune system, and reduced pain sensitivity.

The cryosauna therapy offers numerous positive effects.

The extreme cold reduces inflammation in the body, which can alleviate pain and speed up healing after injuries. Additionally, the cryosauna promotes blood circulation and metabolism, leading to improved regeneration and increased energy levels. Many users also report improvements in skin appearance, a reduction in stress, and enhanced overall well-being.
